Here in South Africa, we've got offerzen.com - where employers come looking for you.
It's just not a simple application, you have to prove your worth and your track record is scrutinized but they've put together a very good portal...

That is good to know Pieter. Evaluating if a developer has a good reputation that is relevant for the job requirements it is hard.
